What Separates Nail Art From Nail Polish
Most people discover the difference the first time they sit with a trained nail artist. The materials, the process and the result are in a different category altogether.
Professional nail art is built in layers on a properly prepared surface. Cuticle work first, then a base gel cured under LED, then the design technique — chrome powder pressed into gel, magnetic particles aligned with a rare-earth magnet, acrylic paint drawn with a fine liner, or Swarovski crystals placed one by one. Each layer is cured before the next. The whole system is sealed under a professional topcoat that holds for three to four weeks.
A good nail artist also brings design sense — actual judgement about what looks right on your nail shape, your skin tone, your occasion. A reference from a Seoul salon does not automatically translate to an Indian hand. Part of what you are paying for at Holy Nails is that translation.
