Nail Technician
₹15,000 – ₹28,000 / month- Perform gel extensions, acrylic nails, gel overlay and gel polish
- Deliver manicure and pedicure services to studio standard
- Apply nail art designs as per client brief
- Maintain hygiene, tool sterilisation and station cleanliness
- Build client relationships and support rebooking

Senior Nail Artist
₹25,000 – ₹40,000 / month- Expert-level nail extensions (gel, acrylic, builder gel, polygel)
- Complex nail art — ombre, chrome, 3D, marble, floral, bridal
- Bridal nail consultations and trial sessions
- Mentor and guide junior technicians
- Maintain and raise the studio’s quality standard
- Minimum 2 years experience in a professional nail studio required
Pedicurist & Manicurist
₹15,000 – ₹35,000 / month- Perform professional manicures (dry, spa, gel polish)
- Deliver pedicures including callus removal, scrub and massage
- Apply gel polish and shellac neatly and precisely
- Maintain hygiene and sterilisation of all tools and stations
- Ensure client comfort and a relaxing experience throughout
- Experience in a salon or spa preferred — freshers considered

Not mandatory, but it helps. We assess candidates primarily on their practical skills and attitude. If you have completed a nail course at any academy — or even trained independently and can show us your work — we will consider your application seriously.
Yes, absolutely. We have hired multiple team members as freshers and they have grown into senior artists with us. What we look for in freshers is genuine passion, a willingness to learn and even a few photos of practice work done on yourself, friends or mannequin hands.
Salaries range from ₹15,000 per month for freshers/trainees up to ₹40,000+ for senior and lead nail artists. The final figure depends on your skills, experience and the outcome of your practical assessment. We do not pay commission-only — it is a fixed monthly salary.
Having a broad skill set is an advantage but we do not expect perfection across everything on day one. We will train and develop skills in-studio. If you are exceptionally strong in extensions or nail art specifically, that is still very valuable to us.
Studio hours are 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM, seven days a week. We work in shifts and planned rosters — exact schedule is discussed at the offer stage. No unexpected late nights.
Yes. We have hired from other cities and welcome applications from across India. If you are relocating to Pune or already planning to move here, mention that in your WhatsApp message and we will factor it into the timeline discussion.
The easiest way is WhatsApp — just send us a message with a few photos of your work. They do not need to be professional shots. Natural light photos of actual nail sets (even practice sets) are completely fine and give us a good sense of your level.
Yes. We run regular in-studio training sessions covering new techniques, product knowledge and quality standards. Senior artists actively mentor newer team members. You will learn continuously, not just at onboarding.
Yes, there is a standard probation period during which both sides assess the fit. The specifics are discussed at the offer stage. Most team members who join us stay with us long term — we are not a revolving door.
Yes. Several of our team members have progressed from junior technician to senior artist and some are now in lead or mentoring roles. We promote from within whenever possible. If leadership or training is a long-term goal for you, let us know from the start.
