Nail Salon Franchise in India
Holy Nails began in Pune in 2018 with one stubborn belief — that a manicure should feel as considered as the result looks. Eight years, two studios and more than 15,000 clients later, it’s a name people cross the city for.
Now we’re ready to build it city by city, with a small circle of partners who care about the craft as much as we do. If you’ve wanted to own a beautiful, genuinely useful business in one of India’s fastest-growing beauty categories — backed by a brand people already trust — this is your invitation.

See the work, the space, the people
Numbers tell you a business works. A minute inside the studio tells you why — unhurried artists, spotless stations, and clients who leave a little happier than they arrived.
This is the experience you’d be bringing to your own city: a calm, beautiful room and a finish worth returning for. Press play and take a look.
A premium category India hasn’t organised yet
India’s premium grooming market is growing fast, and nail care is one of its least-organised corners. Most cities still have no genuinely luxury, hygiene-first nail studio — only salons where nails are an afterthought beside hair and skin.
And the demand is recurring by nature. Gel and acrylic extensions need refills every two to three weeks, so a happy client isn’t a one-time sale — it’s a relationship measured in years. What’s missing in most markets isn’t demand. It’s a brand that does nail art, extensions and nail care properly — the standard behind our Pune nail studios. That gap is the opportunity a Holy Nails nail salon franchise is built to fill.
Many services, one loyal client
Gel & Acrylic Extensions
The core service — and the one that drives refills every two to three weeks.
Gel Polish & Overlays
Long-wear colour and strengthening overlays for natural nails.
Nail Art
Hand-painted, chrome, marble and bridal art — the work that fills a feed and a chair.
Manicures
Classic and spa manicures, the everyday habit that builds regulars.
Pedicures & Foot Spa
Higher-ticket, relaxing treatments that lift the average bill.
Bridal Nails
Premium, occasion-led sets — a natural bridge from our bridal makeup world.
Because extensions and gel need regular refills, one satisfied client returns again and again. That is what turns a nail studio into a predictable, recurring-revenue business rather than a series of one-off sales — and it is the quiet engine behind the Holy Nails model.
A brand clients already trust
Career Artists
Every artist is trained to a single, exacting standard — no rushing, no shortcuts. It is the quiet reason clients come back for years, and the hardest thing for a new local salon to copy.
Medical-Grade Hygiene
Single-use and properly sterilised tooling as protocol, not marketing. In nail care, hygiene is the premium — and it is what lets you charge like a premium studio.
Premium Products
International, professional-grade products and a finish that lasts to the next refill. Clients feel the difference in week three — and that is when loyalty is won.
Led by founders who built it themselves
Tejaswini Gote — Founder. A celebrated bridal makeup artist with 14+ years of experience and 1,000+ brides to her name, Tejaswini trained originally as an IT engineer before following beauty as her true calling. She runs a makeup academy in Baner and brought that same obsession with detail to Holy Nails — building it into a studio known for craft, not shortcuts.
Ajay Sonawane — Co-Founder. A seasoned IT engineer with 16 years in multinational technology companies and a Master’s in Computer Science, Ajay leads the brand’s technology, operations and digital growth — the engine behind a model that can be run, measured and improved consistently across locations.
Together they pair craft with systems: an experience clients love, built on operations a partner can actually run.
We’re not opening a hundred doors. We’re opening the right ones.
Our plan isn’t to be the biggest nail chain in the country — it’s to be the one people name first when they think of nails done well. City by city, we want to bring the Holy Nails experience to the places that deserve it, and grow a national name the honest way: one studio held to standard before the next one opens.
That means we partner slowly and choose carefully. If you share the standard and want to build something of lasting quality in your city, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
Everything it takes to open
Name & Goodwill
An established identity clients recognise, with a reputation and a review record built since 2018. You open with trust already in the bank.
Hands-On Training
A full management and craft programme at our Pune head office for you and your key staff, plus on-site support in the weeks before you launch.
Studio Design & Setup
Interiors built to our design plan, so your space looks and feels like a Holy Nails from day one — not a generic salon with our name on it.
Operating Playbook
Booking, billing, service menu, pricing and hygiene SOPs — the whole business, documented and ready to run from opening week.
Premium Supply Chain
Access to the same professional products, tools and equipment we use — so your finish matches ours, every set, every studio.
Marketing & Launch
Brand assets, social and influencer campaigns, and a clear local-launch playbook to fill your chairs from the first month.
Why a franchise beats going it alone
- A brand from day one. Skip the slow, expensive years spent earning a reputation — you inherit ours.
- Lower risk. A tested model, real numbers and a team that has already made the mistakes so you don’t have to.
- Recurring revenue. Refills every few weeks turn first-time clients into regulars — predictable income, not one-off sales.
- You don’t need to be a nail artist. You lead the business; we train the artists to our standard.
- A lean footprint. A small, high-street studio keeps setup and running costs sensible while staying premium.
- Support that continues. We stay involved after launch — this only works if your studio thrives.
