  6. Drinking enough water is essential for health, and nail health is no exception.
  7. Biotin supplements may help to strengthen hair and nails.
  8. Add a nail strengthener to your routine.
  9. Take a few days break from gel and acrylic manicure.
  10. Apply top coat always.
